Sales (Jeff White) took the time to provide me with the info that I needed, technician (James) did an excellent job installing and commissioning the door. Everything was delivered and installed on the agreed upon date, the installation was very professional, and the worksite was left tidy. The door works exactly as advertised, and its seriously quiet when it does its thing. I'm a happy camper.

A new date was scheduled and Marlene indicated if there were changes prior to that date she would try and fit us in. Ultimately the job was complete 2 days later.
